Stimline and Shell will collaborate to bring a common digital solution to developing wells programs for all well activities from Drilling to Plug & Abandonment
We are very excited to enter into a collaboration with Shell to support the digital transformation of all planning activities in the global wells organisation. Stimline has been working with energy company’s digitalization programs for the last couple of years with proven success delivering collaborative solutions based on the IDEX platform.
“We developed IDEX as an end-to-end solution for well intervention planning and operations on a new, open, cloud-based platform which is OSDU compliant. It is great that Shell has chosen IDEX to develop wells programs and we look forward to working with their team to integrate IDEX into their drilling and wells environment”,says Pal Larsen, COO of Stimline.
“Shell is pursuing digital solutions for the wells organisation and recognises that the team at Stimline is well set-up to provide agile development of the IDEX platform to work within the wider Shell digital environment. We’ve been particularly impressed with the engagement level from the Stimline team”, says Doug Zimpfer, Shell Digi Operations Lead for Wells. “This team understands what it takes to deliver in a timely manner and we look forward to working with them.”
